Game won't let me unlock collector's edition

I want to play the full game and when I press unlock for the collector's edition it just freezes. I have restarted my iPad, deleted and re downloaded the game etc. don't know what else to do.

I'm having same issue, so frustrating! Any help would be awesome. I'm on ipad miny!

I'm so sorry to hear that there is some trouble playing the full game when it seems to freeze. I definitely know how frustrating this can be.
