AES museum sign

I need help with the auction quests for the parts to the sign. After I obtain the items from the auction. How do I get them to the lady to complete the quests?

You don't have to buy the sign parts in the auction. Many of the pieces can be found in mini-games. Do a search on this forum for a list of where items can be found. Example: you can find car parts by playing Library #10, Park Ranger #10, Toy Repair Shop #10 and the Butterfly House #10.

I know that when you click on them, it highlights the auction.. but if you are looking for the car pictures, they can be found in the Hidden Object Scenes.. DON"T pay those sky high prices in the auction.. and YES, finding them in the cities do count toward the quest.

I've been trying to finish out the painting quests and have ended up buying a few in the auction house because I don't have some mini-games unlocked yet and I'm unwilling to pay the number of gold bars required for a few items to decorate the antiques gallery. I keep hoping they'll switch to coins as my level goes up.

Thanks! I'm looking for ALL the items and the city locations.. I think the one you have is just for the purple tab collections.. But it'll come in handy I'm sure with the need for stars

I did the same exact thing, not realizing that you could do the mini-games/visit places on the map to find them. I hope you didn't spend too much in the auctions. I certainly paid more than I ought to have.

The Red Rolla was last seen in Aylen's Porcelain Place 4, and should still be there. Does this help anyone?

Your version kind of threw me off; here's what I have:

Toy Car Pieces
Chassis Aylen’s Porcelain Place 10
Trunk Beechwood Library 10
Hood Butterfly Sanctuary 10

Fixing the AES Office Sign

You do not have to upgrade or customize the museum to get these quests. I completed the Setting up the Airplane quest and the crest was just there. To trigger the quest series click on the trim around the office door on left.

When you are directed to "obtain" collectibles and press the GO button or PLAY it will lead you to the auction YOU MUST PLAY CITIES and MINI GAMES to get pieces rather than buying on auction. There is a glitch with the hint going to the auction.


After you have completed this quest series you can keep going in and reassembling for coin and XP. On Guru level it is 50XP and 5900 coin - use a keepsake to maximize.

Q-1 Earn higher AES rating 1200/1200 is needed. You get the left side scroll piece for top of sign. Star is also earned.

Q-2 “This piece of the sign needs to be ordered in. Complete the sub-quests to earn the part. Right scroll piece. Star earned.
2-1 Sub-quests-two parts: Fly to Italy and Fly to Egypt.
2-2 Upgrade your antique shop sign- White House Yellow 250,000 Coin (condition to unlock from Gold to coin is purchase of ANY 40 food items)

Q-3 Complete the sub-quests and earn the part 0/3 -Star earned.
3-1 “Visit the Tailor shop while waiting”. Teodi’s #3 Rough Rider #4 Worker’s Lace-ups and Robot feet are received.
3-2 Visit Vincent’s Play Angel #3 coin and XP only.
3-3 Upgrade Auction House to Level 5.

Q-4 Complete Subsets 0/4 Part of sign and Star are earned.
4-1 Give 20 paint brushes (palettes)
4-2 Play Teodi’s Mini-games:
•Buttoned Down #5 - Forest Bird Retreat and Mask #5
•Blue Cuff #7 – Phonograph Horn (sometimes Mythical Cameo drops too)

The door to the office opens…. Storage room to search for blue prints in. EEK!

You can also put the museum sign together an infinite number of times just like the other mini games. At master level it gives out 5900 coins and 60 exp. and doesn't use any resources. When you enter the museum just click on the AES sign to do the puzzle again.

Perfect, Dot! I had not discovered that when I did the list. I am using all those keepsakes I have accumulated over the last few months.... do the sign when I make my nightly phone call to the elderly mom each night. She never knows I am playing the game while talking to her, shhhhhhhhhh.

Folks that are short coins and have finished assembling the AES crest over the office, you can replay the assembling of the crest for XP and coins. Once you get to Guru level it is 50XP to 60 XP 5900 coin (w/o a keepsake).


For those that energy levels might be a little lower and have finished this quest - keep this in mind when leveling up and during play of the VDay quest fest.
