Technical help please

I just purchased Jewel Match nowscapes and have played up to level 13, at least I think it was. Anyway, I have played that level for over an hour and can't get it to end. Also, I don't know where the "keys" are nor how to use them. Otherwise, it is slow and sort of clumsy, but I love Jewel Match Games, even though they won't play on my Mac Air.

By the way, my PC is Windows 7 64-bit

Regarding the keys: they will appear on the grid, and when they do, you have to bring them all the way down to the bottom of the grid, so that they fall off. When that happens the key will automatically unlock the locked part.
