In the Power Plant, at the fountain

I placed the valve and the watering can per Walkthrough. When I click on either, I get a message: Out of order? There's always a way.

I am supposed to be able to get water into the can so I can water the wilted plant nearby for the next clues.

I figured it out...I forgot about the "magic" shell we're supposed to use when dealing with water issues. Once I dragged it to the fountain everything fell back into place I was able to water the wilted plant and get 2 new clues.
