finished game but locks still on some buildings

Ok - I finished all 27 levels - said game complete but there are still locks on some buildings..Will there be a "second edition" that might unlock those? I really enjoyed this one.

Not sure if this is what you mean, but all the buildings are locked except for the building on that level. If you click on the back or forward arrow on whatever level you are playing, that building becomes unlocked.
