KITTY CARNIVAL HELP!!

every time i go into the kitty carnival the screen is black but the column on the right is there with all the clues and i can use a hint but i cant click on anything. HELP!! what is going on?? ive tried it on a few different player names and it always comes up the same.

Uninstall and redownload the game. It should remember your progress and start you in the same place. You didn't say if you are using a PC or Mac. From what I've read there are issues w/Mac still so you may need to email support.
