Slingo Quest Hawaii

I wonder if anyone has had issues with this game.

My mom and I just recently purchased the very same HP laptops, the only thing different is hers was built with XP and mine was built with Vista Business 32-bit.

I can play this game with no dramas, mom gets to the second level and it stops working. The game stays on the screen, just nothing happens when she clicks on the "spin" button.

Any help would be appreciated.
