Outhouse Mystery Item

I have played the game 5 times and I still am missing one mystery item to unlock the outhouse. Any help out there?

I assume you are playing using the same name. When you investigate an attraction, the midway appears with several places to choose from. One of them should have the purple ? showing. That's the only indicator that a mystery item is present for that place ... until you get into the screen and the item "morphs".
