MADAME FATE "OUTHOUSE"

I have found and OPENED the Outhouse. So happy about this. BUT....IT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON THE MAIN SCREEN!!!!!! What is going on here??

Do you mean unlocked the outhouse? If unlocked, it will come up at random as an attraction on the midway. If you are near the end of your game, you will probably have to solve the final puzzle and then begin a new game using the SAME name. Good Luck.
