Paid-Can't Play

Paid and downloaded Pet Pals but when I go to play game - a message says can't play unless I use Quicktime 6 or higher. Googled Quicktime and only shows Quicktime 75? but when I downloaded that - nothing happened. What gives and why didn't BF mention in description of this game? I can't play at all - I was really looking forward to playing this game! I have hardly used Large File Games because: 1-most need to get Strategy Guide 2-no demo trial. If I had been able to try the demo - then I would realize Quicktime was needed and wouldn't have bought the game. I would like to have BF fix this or I will have to have my credit back.

Just a guess but clean out your temp files & then reboot. I've had this happen in other games. Also BFG game support is awesome....contact them.

I should have stated that after any update, ie. flash....good policy to reboot .

I bought this for the kids, only to find their are many issue's with Vista.

I am having the same problem with the same game and I was wondering were you able to resolve this or did BF refund your credit? Please let me know because I really want to play this game. Thanks
