I Can't Even Get This Game Installed!!!

I wish I could see that there is NO garbage can or level 4 not working but I just keep getting an Error message when it's installing. I loved the first game of this but how many times can you keep going on that one? I was so excited to see it but until they fix the glitzes, I'm not messing with it. The games on here are usually work so good! I am so disappointed!
