In March this year I bought a new computer with Windows 7, and trying to redownload all my games. I've only got 14 left to download and I receive an Adobe error. I can download, install but not activate. I've searched entire forum and tried just about everything that I could find. Downloaded all the Adobe and updated my flashplayer, reader and shockwave. Don't know if I need it or not and also uninstalled and reinstalled my Game Manager. I could download and install but not activate and now after adding several programmes, it won't do anything but allow me to sign in. I can't download any games at all. Now I can't download anything.
I've been going around circles trying to get Customer Support and can't find how to directly contact Big Fish Games.
PLEASE HELP AS I'M ABOUT TO THROW THIS COMPUTER OUT OF THE WINDOW. I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH IT COST. I'LL SHOOT IT IF I COULD.

Thank you BearKat, but you wouldn't believe it. As soon as I posted and went back to try again to get my games, because I'm determined to crack this whatever it takes. It's as if someone was controlling my computer. All of a sudden all but one game downloaded, installed and activated.
I didn't even have to click the run/install button.
Well, so far so good.
It's so frustrating when something just doesn't want to work.

Yes, it is frustrating, but very satisfying when things start to fall into place! Hope things continue to improve and you get ALL your games back!
 Happy Gaming

Hi journey2,
I'm sorry to hear your Game Manager is not working for you! Without a working Game Manager, it can difficult to play your already purchased games. I therefore strongly recommend getting in touch with Customer Support, so they can help you fix the problem.
You can contact them by clicking on the green envelope on the right to get to our Help pages, and then click " Contact Us" to the right of the screen to submit a support ticket.
Or if you're a Big Fish Game Club member, you can connect to Live Chat Support Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm PST.
Hope this helps!

Hi peggity
An error 772 code is something you have to fix yourself. You need to find the following help hint
How do I resolve a 769 or 772 error?
A:
A 769 error can occur if the a game requires you to have additional privileges or administrator access on your computer in order to install the game.
If you receive a 772 error or if the 769 error persists it may help to reinstall the Game Manager and/or adjust your firewall settings.
If you are prompted to install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player along with a 769 error, try downloading the Flash Player content debuggers (below), restarting your computer, then reinstalling your game.
Run as administrator
•Windows XP Users
•Windows 7 / Vista Users
You can find how to do this by clicking on the green envelope under your profile name. This will bring up a page with 4 help boxes. You need the box on the bottom right headed Technical Issues.
Click on the more arrow to bring up the next page. This tells you how to solve the problem on your PC

Hello all, I too am encountering problems though my situation is a bit different. I am a Mac user and have recently upgraded to Mac OS X Lion and ever since doing that two days ago I now receive the following message whenever trying to purchase new games or launch GM... "You can't open the application GameManager because PowerPC applications are no longer supported." What's that all about
I have been a member of BigFish for a very long time and I actually have approximately 9 game credits that I need to use before the end of the month but now I am unable to use them. Understand I can still play previously purchased games even though GM doesn't launch. My question is will there be a fix as people to tend to upgrade there systems from time to time and I would like to purchase and or use my acquired game credits?
I have submitted my question to Tech Support and attached MacDrFelix Results but haven't heard back yet.
I'm hoping there will be a fix for this problem as I do like the new version of Mac OS X Lion

Hi I just wanted to add one more thing... I just recently purchase an iPad 2 which runs Mac OS X Lion and I have installed a few BF games on it that run just fine, though I know there isn't Game Manager associated with it so I am hoping there will be a resolve very soon.
Thanks,

Hi Viki76
You need to visit the Mac Gamers Thread.
On page 2( I think) you will find posts with games compatible with your system. The Thread you are looking for is titled PowerPC (PPC) Compatible Games
Unfortunately when software and devices gets updated some things fall by the wayside.

Are you serious? Really? This game downloader is a friggin' JOKE! And that's the main reason I DROPPED the account with you Big F(ail). (removed by moderator) And your online help? Now that's another joke altogether...How do you move back UP in a waiting queue? There are plenty of us un-employed people out here that would love to grab a phone for you. It's not like I'm running some super-fast gaming rig. Windows 7 64 bit. Dual core processor? That's really all you need to know. But your programmer's need to do another program that is USER friendly. Wow....major fail people.

Ears14U, if you have filled in our webform and sent a request to our Customer Support, you should be contacted as soon as possible. You can reply to the automatic response received to indicate you still need assistance, if the response from Customer Support is taking longer than the usual 72 hours. Due to the holidays, the team has been a bit backed up.
ibeeducky, if you're having trouble accessing our online games, please try to follow the steps in the below help article if you hadn't already. This usually solves most problems playing those games:
Online Games
If that didn't help, I recommend getting in touch with Customer Support so they can look into this with you.

I have not been able to download any games for two days now. I did all recommended "fixes" to no avail. I cannot reinstall any already purchased
games either. No problem installing Shockwave games. Anyone else with this problem? Waiting to hear from Tech Support. Very frustrating!
BTW, I do not get any error code.
