I think this is nearly a year after the quoted post, but I'm having the same issue. Using OS X El Capitan. Anyone ever get a fix for the scroll issue after the game crashed?

I have un and reinstalled this game with no luck it starts YI see the big ftsh splash screen and that's it it flashes white and I get a box saying game has stopped working and it shuts down I have the latest version as far as I know since just recently purchased with the rest of games in series If ya can't fix it give me my credits back this is frustrating cause I hate to play the others without playing the first in series First And I'm running win 8.1 64 bit

Is any one even reading these post anymore I can't get a reply for sh##$t I sent your felix report to cus serv and haven't gotten a reply or even a note they got it I upgraded graphics sound and bios drivers and the damn thing still won't run I sick of wasting my time and money for crapp that don't work give me my credits back asap or i'm outta here there are other game sights just as good out there !!!!!!

I cannot pick up the Libra piece from the drawer. I don't get a "hand" prompt to pick up the piece. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still can't pick up the Libra piece. I cannot go farther in the game without completing this step. I am using Windows 10. Any suggestions? - Thanks.

I cannot make the potion for the unconscious guy even tho I have all the ingredients. Not able to go farther in the game until I do this. Extremely frustrating.

I am having the same issues. I downloaded the game but when i go to play it it closes this app, restarts it and takes me to the play again screen. I paid money for this game and really hope these issues get resolved so I can play it.

I cannot play this game. sent message and Dr. Felix report. I am trying to play all of the games in this series. I have tried everything to get it to work. help.
