I had my whole Thanksgiving planned out... Throw frozen turkey dinners in oven, put laptop on the dinner table as centerpiece, convince children that twinkies are a traditional pilgrim dessert, and play Dire Grove straight through in one sitting. It was a beautiful plan...sniff...sniff...now I actually have to cook...and talk to my husband. How much misery can one poor woman stand? I'll take the beta version, I like bugs, bugs are our friends, just plllease don't make me wait till December.

Maybe, the 3 headed beast from Madame Fate's traveling circus, escapes and makes off with the 4 university students for dinner.
Just stating a weird, situational theory out loud. (and poorly at that. lol)

I've read back through some of the threads. Was the connection between the 1900's Russian circus and english nobility ever established? And if we're going to search for 4 missing students, why would it be important that we make that connection?

anyone else notice that the game had a 2008 date on the copyright?
where are people finding these clues from picman and is there some kind of reason for getting clues in the first place?
sorry but i must have missed part of all of this-i just dont get it

Wow! All the speculation is great, ladies! Keep it up!! I am really enjoying it. I haven't anything to add, other than  having to wait until Dec.
But we won't hold it against you, Picman. As long as you keep giving clues!

In my opinion I don't think that Dire Grove will link to RTR until the very end. I nearly when I saw that I will have to wait until December now  I second Hilyer in that as long as Picman keeps the clues coming I won't be too upset. The youtube audition definitely seems to be connected now with the gaelic translation I could be wrong though who knows.

Perhaps we have a new mystery here. I went to find the link for you and the
youtube audition tapes seem to have disappeared
Rose found them by searching Dire Grove on web I think
I went to youtube after she posted (and Purplerabbit) and just put Dire Grove in search.
Dire Grove you tube search no longer brings up the Allison Audition /Dire Grove Presentation
Searching the name Kira Ross Schlitt who was performing audition also brings up no results.
At least that is what is happening here, but don't trust me, I went round the bend yesterday.
The link is in my browser history, what we are looking for does not show up.
lilgirl was also looking, phew, I am not completely round the bend.

The audition video has been removed on YouTube. It's also been removed from any other sites that link to it.
