won't work

I bought this game downloaded it but it won't run. i keep getting an error message. how do i fix this problem

I keep getting the same error message. Has anyone replied yet? How do you get hold of someone from big fish? I want to get my money back on this game, do they do that? Thanks

I think that it is fun game. Although he is wanting to check foot prints by the water and can't seem to find what he wants. I checked the car and cigarette buts , the glove the drag marks, the tackle box, blood stains,wire cutters.
It is almost as good as Sherlock Holmes. You to the crime lab to have all of this analized. You can scroll you maps to go to different places.
