cant find last part of key

im so stuck in the room where you have to find a toothbrush, lightbulb, and a key. i find everything except the last part of the key. i use the hint button and the piec is not there i cant find it im starting to regret i bought this game can someone please help me. im getting a headache. lol

You're not the only one with this problem. I keep getting the same hint and there's nothing there to pick up. If you find a solution to this problem let me know.
