Gussie, I think - but am not positive - that this is a Texas Hold'em style of poker. If you go to the online games tab and scroll down to card games, there is a Superstars poker game that should have poker rules. You will probably have to sign in. Once you do look for a 'RULES" .. or .. "How To Play" button. That should at least give you priority of card hands. Be sure to write them down because you'll want a cheat sheet since you're new to the game.
...when you play and it is your turn, you'll need to take 1 of 3 actions. BET means you specify a dollar amount and bet that amount. CALL means that someone else has bet and you choose to match that bet. FOLD means that you feel your cards are weak and you don't want to bet money on them. There may be a CHECK button ... that just means that no one has bet and you wish to continue. After the first two cards are dealt, rounds of betting occur until everyone has bet, called, or folded. Bets may be raised during the betting stage. Then the FLOP occurs. This means the dealer places 3 cards in the middle of the table, face up. You analyze those three with your two and compare to your cheat sheet to see how good a hand you can make. Rounds of betting will occur again. Dealer puts a fourth card on the table. you Analyze. Betting rounds again occur. The 5th card is dealt onto the table ... winner announced. ...
...Since you now own the game, and it's not real money, I'd say bet and play as much as you can...get a feel for the game. I would say never fold before the FLOP. It may fit your cards very well ... and don't forget there are two more cards to come.
...Also, as you start your next game, look at each screen carefully during startup. It may have had a RULES or HOW TO PLAY button that you missed initially.
...Don't forget, you can always start a new game with a new player name so don't worry about your score initially ... just take your time, learn how to play, have fun.
Happy Gaming. and, Good Luck
