Please post any TECH ISSUES for Frozen Patchworks here.

Hey there Everyone,

If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

If you are not able to get a game working properly using our Help pages, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, you can find a link to contact our Support team on the front page of our Help pages.

When posting in this thread and also when contacting our Support Team, it would be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide you with the appropriate support as quickly as possible.

*Finally, please reserve this thread for tech issues only. If you are seeking game play assistance (i.e. hints and tips), the best thing to do is to start a new thread in the game's Forum by clicking on 'Create New Discussion.'

I just downloaded the game, and it shows as time expired in the game manager, when I've not run it at all.

Hello, Kamali,

Sometimes there is a hiccup between the download and the Game App/Manager.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game demo will usually take care of a "trial expired" message, and you should be able to play it!

Occasionally you may need to uninstall and reinstall the Game App/Manager itself if the first doesn't work.

Hope this helps,

BK

This is so sad.
I was zipping right along in the game, got to the 40th game and could not move to next set of puzzles. I am stuck at Apprentice. Apparently I did not earn enough keys to be able to move up. Seems I took too long on some of the puzzles to earn the 3 keys you are "required" to acquire to move up. At the beginning of the game I
chose the relaxed mode. That is how I like to play games: relaxed. How is it relaxed when a time limit is imposed? It did give me the option of buying more keys, but even then I found that I'm shut out because I did not earn enough keys to buy more keys! A Catch-22 in a game?
Oh I guess I could go back and try to hurry through the puzzles so I can earn all 3 keys in each. I don't want to hurry! It's a GAME! I know there are many people who like to have a time limit, fine. But there should be a real option for people who already have enough adrenaline pumping through their veins from real life!
Sorry to shout, but I'm uninstalling this game, and not reinstalling it. I stated a few days ago on another game forum that I am tired of so many problems with BF games.
I repeat that statement for this game as well.
So sad.

i was in world four, and got the message that I'd gone up a rank. I quit out of that world, and when I got to the menu, it said I had zero keys and all the worlds were locked. I still had my money, so it didn't wipe my game, but even world one was locked! How do I get my keys back without losing my progress?
