Bookworm will not run on new PC?

I just bought a new PC, Old one crashed, I can not get Bookworm to run? Gives an access violation....all the more complex games loaded with no problem. Any suggestions?????????

I see you still have not gotten an answer to your problem. I too am having the same problem with my new computer. I have sent an email to support but no help yet.

Same problem here. We've tried everything. Wont work with windows7, but it will work from another game site. You can buy it elsewhere and it will work.
