When I play relaxed mode I why do I still get a time limit? Is there any way to eliminate it? because of problems I uninstalled and reinstalled now can't use relaxed mode at all HELP!!!!

Downloaded Jewel match last week, got to level 98, then went back to play the next day and game had reset to level one.
Started over got to level 44 today. quit for awhile, then went back and back to level one. not nice. would really like to win this game, sent report today to bfg.

THANK YOU a GREAT company I had not read the problems with this program and bought it. I had same problems and went to the live chat. Got to talk to some one with in 15 minutes and got a credit with not a problem. I will buy the game again when BFG gets a new one that works. I was wondering if BFG is checking out the complaints against this game. I would like to repurchase it. For now it freezes after several games. so for now I can't get past more that three levels a game. and freeze. Will they fix the bugs and reissue the game? SMH218

I was wondering o great fish in the world of the computer IS there any way to purchase a hard copy. Some of your games I bought at the greast walley world or tar - jey. downloading from them is not a problem but oity seems getting them fix is a big one and I love playing it between crashes. I was told the hard copy sold here has the same problem
