Blank screen

I need help, when I click on "new day"the screen goes blue and and cant do anything, I have made it through 3 cities but now I cant play anymore, it just goes blue, I can go to map and go to another city but then when I go to new day it just goes away, any ideas.. PS I have cleaned out my computer to see if that works but nothing.

momlovs2play -- I'm not familiar with the game but have a couple of suggestions. If there is a way to 'REPLAY THE LEVEL", i'd do that first. If that doesn't work, I'd UNINSTALL the game and re-download it from the Game manager. If you still have the issue after that, then you should contact Tech Support. They are great folks and will do everything they can to help you. Good Luck

I would really hate to uninstall, as it took a lot of time and effort to get where I am at, but if I have to do that I guess I will - but I will wait and see if anyone else has anything- but thanks for the help

I have the same problem. I even bought the game, had a disk sent. Uninstalled the game. Reinstalled. Still same problem.

Cesse.... I own the game. It takes a lot of work to get through 3 towns. To start over is a huge bummer. I can't help since I am still stuck in the 1st town. Hubby made it to town 2, but then went bankrupt. I haven't had any problems yet, but I am not that far along. I hope it get's fixed before I move on.

You all need to contact BF Support and report this.

Well I just added a new player and so far I am in the 4th town, of course cant win there- but its still working.

when I contacted Customer Service about a week ago they told that they had just posted an updated built on the site which fixes some bugs



I had the black screen problem but after I re-installed the game from the site , I have not seen it again
