How do you solve the flower bush with rings?

I've tried everything. I've covered the island with flowers and set tribal legends on it and it keeps telling me the rings could be improved. HELP!

If you look closely at the rings of flowers, you'll notice each ring uses three different color flowers in a repeating order/pattern. You just have to plant the correct colored flower where the gaps are.

I did that but it didn't work. Is there any way I can get rid of some of the flowers and try again?

I think you can just plant new flowers on top and the color flower will change

you can on the flower menu delete all flowers and then try again the rings are in patterns so check carefully the full ring each ring has its own pattern to. also the gaps sometimes are hard to spot
