Has anyone had problems returning to the game after quitting. It doesn't always save when you quit.

I did have trouble when the trial ended and exited the way that it does, but since then, no trouble at all.

I think becuase the trial ends so abruptly, the game didnt have a chance to save and shut down properly,

If you're finding that your progress is not being saved on a regular basis, maybe the tech support people can help

I am having trouble getting the game to start it downloads and installs then its dead. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling for the past 2 days still no good contacted tech support but still have not received a response. Any help would be appreciated

I also have had trouble getting Yard sale Hidden treasues to load and play. I get a box, then a black screen and then it goes back to the BFclient. I have contacted support and tried all their ideas but am still unable to play this game which is a shame because it looks like a fun one!.

I just purchased the yard sale hidden treasures game. And now when I go to play the game it says that it is activated and I can not quit and retry. I tried to uninstall it and then reinstall it but it does not work I paid 21.00 total for the game and now I cant play it..... any suggestions...

having trouble installing game??could you help

I, too, am having problems downloading this game. It must have a glitch in the program and I'll assume Big Fish will have to look into it. Too many people encountering the same trouble.

I downloaded it and was playing it for a few days then yesterday when I went to start it nothing happened. Unintalled it and reloaded still same proble. Restarted computer and same problem. WTH!!! I paid for this game and now it won't work.

I played for 2 hours and then went off for a couple of hours. When I tried to start it again, it would just jump to Thanks for playing Yard Sale. The game wont start. I changed the date and still no game. Ive loaded and reloaded 3 times. No one is happy about this.

I downloaded and installed 2x, restarted, etc. same as some of you. It is not working, did anyone get a response?

Yep I have had the same problem, purchased the game and now can't play it. I have tried everything and it's so annoying. BF need to sort this out and hopefully soon, if you get response for problem please post so we can all play.

Let me get in line. Bought game in the middle of trial, played for quite awhile. Shut down last night and it won't boot today, Tried reloading on two different computers with two different operating systems. Same problem on both. There is a major problem here. If no response from tech support next week, will request refund...it was fun while it lasted.....

When I go to play this game all I get is the EXIT page. HELLO..................BFG STAFF!! WE ARE HAVING SOME PROBLEMS HERE. I want it fixed or a game credit. ANYBODY OUT THERE??

Just bought yard sale yesterday, played it, but when I shut it down for the night it wont restart,

I can't get into this game at all. I have been playing for several days and now when I try to start it the screen flickers and then I get Thank You for playing exit screen. I know numerous others are having the same issue with this game.

Same here - played it for 3 days with no problem. Tried it this morning, I get the Exit message, and that's it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled three times. Very frustrating. Has anyone received any response at all from Bigfish?

I am having trouble, I installed and bought the game. I am clicking on play and it won't come up. I tried to click it again and an error box comes up and says you already have a game started and need to close it.... the game is not working right.... Help!

I'm having the same problem as everyone else. I try to play, and the screen goes black, and then back to the BF client. I also tried uninstalling, and reinstalling the game, but the same thing happens. I've never encountered a problem with any of your games before this, and it appears I'm not alone! I like to try games for the free hour before deciding to buy, and right now I'm down to 58 minutes of play time left, and I haven't even been able to play the game yet. Something is very wrong, here, so I hope you fix it soon.

Same problems here. I've uninstalled, cleaned the cache as per the help page and the game still won't load. What's the use in buying it if you can't play it after using the demo?? Please answer with a solution!!!
