turn off timed mode?

Anyone know how to turn off timed mode in this game? It's not any fun anymore after 20+ times and you keep running out of time.

I too wish there was a way to turn off the timed mode. There is no way to get very far the puzzles take too long. I enjoy doing them, but I have to re-do chapters 20 times to get my speed up and then I tire of it. I deleted it and gave up which is to bad because it could be fun.
