level39

16 painted chalets that is easy but how do you get 12million as well?

There are a couple other threads about this level so take a look at them.
I find the most helpful things were getting 2 more workers and buying a hacienda then selling it. And lots of banks!

I finally made it!
To get through level 39 you have to build a dormer, sell it,
build a chatteau, sell it, build a workshop and hire people to build 5 chatteaus, then sell 2 or 3 of them and build a bank, start building all your houses and demolish your workshop, then the chatteaus. You'll end up with 20 millions!
It took for me a lot of time to do this, I had given up and stoped playing this game for a month until yesterday when I tried this.

To chess123: Thanks to your wonderful strategy, I made it through and with 35 Mio Dollars! I built a sawmill right after building the dormer. I also upgraded every house with three stars. Everything worked great!
