I have released the twins.. in inventory I have the damp cloth,picture corner & the putty knife. Still have not found the skeleton key, and where do I find the jar and lid to put the petrol in ? Have opened all 3 doors. Don't know why everyone says that this game is frustrating ? I think it's GREAT ! It's the most challenging games I have ever played ! I'm having so much fun !

The jar for the petrol is in a hidden object game in the Gingerbread house, the petrol is dripping from a pipe in the Schoolhouse cellar, and you will need the screwdriver from the hidden object game back outside at the statue of Charles in the pink rose garden. Good luck!

I am stuck!!!!! Help!!!
I have already open the midlle and left door, but i can't solve the puzzle of the phone conection on the basement of the children's house. I also need one letter more for the typewriter.
Anybody can help?

If you go to this game’s topic Toy Store - Workshop/Telephone you will find the answer for the phone wires. Here is a copy and paste link to a numbered picture diagram of the phone lights that is in that topic.

You can't find the R key yet. You have to do more in the game before it is available to you.

1) I got all four mathematical questions answered in the proper color-coded locations. All four pairs of color-coded lights are now on. But nothing is happening. I thought the door was supposed to open?
2) Why hasn't anyone mentioned the little red lever that moves from "B" to "C" to "D" to "E" and back again? I can't seem to make it do anything either so I know THAT isn't the answer.

1. It's been a while since I played the game, but isn't there a button to push? If so, push it and the door will open.
2. If something isn't mentioned, it doesn't move the game along. Not everything on the screen does something in the game.

Behind door with marbles, toy store, bottom of well. You have to open the door next to the telephone first.

I am stuck now cannot get into the Gingerbread house cannot get the bucket cant find the underground part of the well cannot get the old gate to open or fix the rotton temperture. and nothing else to find but will still have to keep looking, but it is a Great Value game thankgoodness for the forums, this one being so large I keep getting blocked unless I go into the correct one and it is a lot slower to get answers.

The name is not "Charles". You have to type the name of the mean brother the twins talk about. You can sort of figure it out from the crayon drawing in the doll's house.

In the room next to the telephone, use the stick to hit the stuck bucket. When it's hanging in the center of the well, go back outside to the top of the well and crank up the bucket. Take what you find there to the schoolhouse cellar, then take it to the toy store basement and the teddy bear hanging on the wall.
Back to the well room, attach the rope to the side of the well and climb down. There will be more puzzles down there, and after you release the twins from their coffin, you'll be able to find the R key in the toy store display case.

Hello!
I have the damp cloth, funnel, screwdriver and jar of fuel.
The right door is closed.
I haven't got a last typewriter key.
I don't know what can I do?!

Did you climb down the rope attached to the floor in the well room? There are more puzzles there, and that's where you release the twins. Once you do that, you'll be able to find the R key in the toy store display case.

Once you find all the missing kys for the typewriter, then move on to the puzzle portion. "Proceed in His Name" is the clue. At first I thought it was Charles, but its not (to many letters). So who is the only other he that you should have found out about by now? Victor.
