What's the Blue Sauce do?

I got the blue sauce from the aliens, thinking it would be like the first game and it would raise the price of my burgers, but it didn't actually seem like it raised the price, although it was hard to tell because it was difficult to watch what people were paying for a burger, and then wait for another just like it to come by to compare that WITH sauce.

The sauces don't seem at all like they work like they did in the first game (which I pretty much put on ALL burgers in the first one, and always used the most expensive I could afford).

In this game, time is much tighter, so if it's not going to help, then I won't bother wasting the time to go get sauce that won't help!

But... I've NEVER had anyone request the blue sauce. They only ask for normal ones.

I noticed this as well, do you think perhaps it's a glitch?? I mean we have to pay for the upgrades and they dont seem to work!! Very frustrating!!

My thoughts exactually...what do the sauces actually do, other than take a moment extra to add? I bought all the sauces I could, but do not see anyhing extra taking place. Is anyone got an idea?
