Interesting to see that big fish games continues to sell a game it knows has definite problems. If you buy anything else that breaks in two-three days, you can usually have it replaced or get your money back. Not so here. There is apparently more incentive to continue selling defective material.

In defense of BFG, they may not know this game is having so many problems. All of these messages just popped up tonight, so they may not be aware of it yet. They are usually pretty good with customer service, so why don't you give them an opportunity to fix it first before you assume that they aren't going to.
