BFG HOSTS -- NEED HELP

Hi. Thought I'd post this separately so it would hopefully catch your attention quickly. Please look at the thread called Please Help. Many people having the same problem. Most have already notified Tech Support. It seems to be related to the date ... as you'll read in the thread. Can you check with Tech Service to see if they are aware of this issue that is affecting so many users and post an update so folks know what's going on? Thanks ... and thank Tech Support as well.

Hi! I consider myself as a good customer, but, if I don't get help at Sandy's to find 1 more equation, I'am not
buying anymore games. I love this game, but I can't finish it. I got all the obvious equations. Please answer asap.
