Why do'nt it work

I bought virtual farmer on line this morning on my work laptop,i came home tryed to get into my account on my pc and low and behold i,m usuing the wrong e mail addy, funny that as i only have one email i,v got the comformation number and the unlock number but of course theres no where to use them have i been scanked or is there something i can do ,no i didn,t make a mistake on my email, no i haven,t forgotten my pass word.
