Guests Needs

Does anybody know how to upgrade a guest to a better room and how to give the guest a TV with on-demand movies?

To get a delux room make the room large and put in 2 single beds, for movies on demand click on the tv and a small menu will come up there you can press the red buttons for the items you want

The option will come up automatically when available.
