Where did they go?

My whole family has disappeared. I went to check on them and it keeps asking to enter a name to play under. I didn't delete my game but they are all gone. I was up to sixth gen nearly had all the upgrades. Now I have to start over. I was getting rather attached to my little peeps. I know for a while now they kept asking for different kinds of food. I guess they didn't understand the store only had two kinds of food. Maybe they all decided to go live on Isola so they could eat berries.

THEY MOVED OUT!! lEFT NO FORWARDING ADDRESS! JUST UP AND LEFT! TAKE UM TO COURT, THEY'RE SOPPUSE TO GIVE 30 DAYS NOTICE!

There are four kinds of groceries and that is what they're asking for when you see that message asking for more kinds of food. I've also had soooo much food in their fridge and they still ask for more. It doesn't seem to matter how much they have.

I have no answers on the disappearing peeps. Sorry.
