Don Corleone and $25,000 monthly profit. HELP!!

[Post New]by dogboy7 on Jun 15, 09 2:49 PM
I have no idea hat to do with the scenario in the title. I fulfilled Don's request, but i can't get 25,000!! I have no idea what to do!! I have the best staff, not too many tables, and my restaurant is 3 stars. It keeps saying that my delivery time is slow, but the people sit down and then two seconds later they leave!!!! What should I do????

restart the scenario with "easier goals".that's the only way i got through the monthly profit of it. the more you restart, the easier the goal, but beware you do have to rebuild whatever is needed each time (is that the open second floor level too?). i think the first time you restart it the goal goes down to $20,000, third time $16,000, and so on. don't be too wary, as i was, it gets easier after scenario four. i think it's just one of those games that has a stranglely difficult level where it shouldn't be. also check your prices, make sure they're not too expensive and get rid of any staff you don't absolutely need. i fire the people with the lowest morale ratings first.

Actually, I've found that increasing the captains and servers really help with customer turnover, meaning you can serve a lot more people with the same number of tables. If people don't even order, sounds like you need another captain.

Find the most popular dishes and charge more.
On the last month, put the Staff Training and Advertisement costs down to zero, that will boost your profits because you aren't paying those costs for that month.
In the next scenario, you can put the money back into training and advertisements.

Captains take orders and give the bill to the customers.
Servers only serve dishes.
So if orders are not being taken in time, hire another Captain.

If all else fails do what the real restaurants do and make it up on booze. seriously I doubled the price of the wines and had a ton of money for this, yeah they gripe a bit but not enough to keep you from getting five stars eventually
