JEWEL MATCH 2 can't save score

Hello!can someone tell me why I lose my score and have to start all over at level 1 every time I start the game?
I could't find a technical response on the customer support.
Thanks for the help

Hi blondaq,

I'm sorry that there have been some problems with your game! From what you've described about your game not saving all your scores and levels, it sounds like there may be an issue with some of the software on your computer not working properly with the game.

I'd suggest updating your video card drivers and DirectX software (which are usually free updates), and you can click here to get some help and step by step instructions for those updates. You can also click on that green envelope at the bottom right of this page to get in touch with our Customer Support team to get some technical help.
