Stuck, Help

I've go though the steno email over and over and tried to type "Glory" into the smug on the note over and over with no luck. I'm missing something small and can't figure out what. I've gone though all the emails and called everyone. Anyone have an idea of what I may of missed?

Well, Nancy fans. I found that small thing I was over looking when typing in "Glory". Typing the word isn't enough. You must press "enter". LOL

well, im majorly stuck!! and i cant find the keyboard for barnacle blast!!! so im stuck!!!! please help!!
