can't get it to run

I can't get this game to run...something about a m_pKeyboard->aquire: Failed

I downloaded and paid for it. Is it a glitch?

I tried the demo for a few minutes and had no problems with it. You may want to contact customer service tomorrow. They are great in regards to resolving these kinds of problems. If you decide to junk it, they'll send you a game coupon for another game.
