missing some cards in BVS

Hi All,
I just bought BVS solitare card games.
I have been trying to win fourfold klondike........BUT, it is impossible because I am missing 2 of clubs, 4 of spades, 5 of diamonds and 7 of spades.
Is anyone else missing cards in this game?

Try to re-install the game. I have played it a million times, and have never seen it happend. Good luck
