This game seems boring at first but was not when my trial ended . Its is worth a trial. You must meet a daily cash goal and meet a certain number of happy customers to pass a level.

I get that same error - I run on Vista and usually Big Fish games run great. Bummer too this looks to be typical of the games I love.

I'm not getting an error BUT when I told it to go in windowed mode it minimized and won't unminimize. Sadly I had just bought the game so now I paid 6.99 for a game that doesn't work

It worked fine full screen, loved the gane so I bought it and now it won't play. It just stays minimized.

Hi Everyone!

Access violation errors are usually due to the software on your computer not syncing up properly with your game, and you can usually get those errors to go away by updating your video card drivers, DirectX software, or adjusting the settings on your antivirus applications.

You can see the following help pages articles to try those updates:

Help My Games Run Better
Access Violation

And if those updates don't do the trick, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support team by clicking on that small green envelope at the bottom right of the page so that they can offer you guys some more help. Either way, you shouldn't get any errors so I hope this helps you get back to gaming!

Cheers!

I also received this error on Vista. I simply went into my display properties and manually set them for 800 x 600. Once I did this, I had no problem playing the game. For whatever reason it seems that there is a glich in the auto display change at start up and manually changing it bypassed that.

yes that worked the manual changing the display settings but what a pain in the neck.

I agree- nobody wants to manually change settings each time they play a new game- and should not have to in this day and age.

I don't have Vista but the graphic setting do not really suit my computer- stretched up and down and squashed side to side.

I downloaded this game and it did not work at all. After 5 minutes of trying I just uninstalled it.

I like this game despite the bugs, but it sure is frustrating! I've played almost all of the levels and gotten expert level in all but a few. However, when I exit and go back in later, it says I haven't completed the level at all. I repeated some of them and got expert, exited and re-entered. Same thing. It's ridiculous!
Anyone have this problem?

MY PROBLEM with this game.. besides the slow and goofy awkward mouse action on this game.. IS.. when I get to level 1-8..The goal is 7500 and I get 7550 and it I get the Aww.. dont feel bad.. I didn't make it. this happened to me the first time I tried to play the game on Level 1-7..The goal was like 5400 and I got 6060 and it wouldn't let me go on.. I contacted Big Fish and they said to try and start as a new player.. WELL.. I got ONE level further before THIS happened again.. This is really frustrating.. it is bad enough the game programmers on this game made the mouse action slow and goofy..and the graphics so small...BUT to have the game glitch out and not let you go any further is not fair.. You would think they would test out the game better before they release it! Anyone else having this problem. I don't have Vista.. I have Windows XP and have about 40 + BF games and all work great....except this one and a couple other of the latest released games where Adobe Flash went into my computer and deleted all my macromedia files and I had to restore my computer to the day before. I don't understand why they dont just test out the game BEFORE they ask you to change all your drivers.. download programs to search for errors..etc.. especially when most newer games like this coming out are being thrown together so fast for them to generate ONE NEW GAME A DAY.. instead of putting us through the ringer on our computers WHY dont' they just check out what we are telling them about. ????

My biggest issue with the game is that you have to get Expert in order to move on! Sometimes I like to go through the game and then go back and get expert on those levels that I did not get the first time around. I also don't like the small icons and the jerky movement of the game. Although I am a huge fan of time management games, this is one I wish I had NOT purchased!

Are you also gettihg the right number of customers?

I have had a couple of levels where I got the money, the customers but not enough of the customers being happy and so haven't reached the goal.

I'm getting that same error. It WILL let me play later levels, but about half the previous ones show as unplayed... even though I've played them twice.

I like the game... especially the variety of gameplay, but I'm finding it buggy. *sigh*

Usually you can pass many games on just getting the goal....I have gotten all expert so far but do you seriously have get expert score to move on? if so that stinks because I don't get expert all the time on most games just the goal you complete and win the game anyway expert score or no expert score. The only problem I have is it runs a bit slow.....
