Cellar - Door Puzzle

I'm being dense here: I can get the lights on easily. I can place all five batteries in the right place. I can play all the games until they score zero.

But what's this about keys? I don't see any keys. Where do they come from?

Is there more than one version of this game?

Wow...am I ever confused! I am doing the 60 minute demo...first thing I had to do is find all the keys. Did that, and came to the cellar door puzzle. Couldn't figure it out & my time was ticking, so decided to get help from the forum. Looks like the cellar door, then solve that & on to the crypt door which is the end of the puzzle.
Whats up with that? Why would the demo start at the end?
I just finished Return to Ravenheart, loved it so much decided to check out the first one...however...now I'm wondering if I should bother.

I have gotten to the end many times and the words change. So far I have gotten:
BELOVED
ETERNAL
ENDLESS

I wish there was a way to go directly to a puzzle without having to go through the whole game each time. I am anxious to try the remaining puzzles I have yet to solve using your suggestions and I am getting so sick of those jigsaw puzzles.

Does anyone else have trouble downloading the games? I purchased Return to Ravenhearst 3 weeks ago and still can't download it.

I a m stuck at the cellar door puzzle - I've solved the lights, but I am stuck on the 3rd game! I can't get my score down to 0. I go as far as 13, but keep bumping into hearts! Then I have to start over. Is there any way to skip the puzzle? Is there a trick to solving the 3rd game? It's getting really frustrating! help!!!!

I hope I can say another sites name on this answer and question. I used to play game boy games alot and went to gamefaqs.com when I needed help. I checked with them yesterday about the celler door puzzle. They have some of the games for big fish listed. I got the lights on with a code that they gave me but when I went to play the three games I was stuck. They were old type arcade games that require both speed and accuracy. I have neither. I hate Atari , I hate speed games and I hate accuracy and I don'buy or play those games because i hate them..Now I'm stuck in the celler and don't believe I'll get to finish the game due to the fact that can't figure the puzzle out. Now this last part i'm saying in my sweetest nicest voice Can any one help me with this?Pleas egive me some hints on how to tackle this.

To unlock the Schoolhouse Cellar Door you have to go to the Gingerbread House and get the pink & green Potholder from a hidden object game.

Look at the temperature scratched in the lower left corner of the Cellar Door.

Go to the Toy Store and use the Potholder to set the temperature to match what is on the Cellar Door.

Then look at the pattern of circles that light up on the top of the stove. Remember you are looking at it sideways at an angle. Keep that in mind when you go back to the cellar door because you will be looking at the cellar door at a straight ahead view.

Go back to the cellar door and press the red circles until they match the pattern that was on the stove. Click on the button and the doors will crack open only slightly and then the scene will change. You will then be back in front of the School house. Go back over to the cellar and look inside and it should now be open.

After the puzzle is solved the potholder will be gone from your inventory.

I'm having a problem with speed as well - but for a different reason. I am not able to get past the video games - I have arthritis in my hands and don't have the dexterity to make it through the games. Does any one know of a way to bypass these? It's obviously going to be an issue...

I have all the keys all the letters, i matched up the letters with the shapes of the keys and nothings happening............HELP

When i get to the attic puzzle the one where i have to make all the lights turn yellow i have a hard time. I can get the first battery(green) but i cannot solve it after that. The hints are not helping me at all. Is there anyone that can help.
