Hi JessJess and everyone else who like me was so cheesed off over the way this game let its subscribers down, just thought it was worth letting everyone know, I complained to BFG over this as I was so annoyed and felt that the game had been designed purely to impress testers over the hour demo and then purchase and be well disappointed, as so many of us have said on this forum, I have got to give it to BFG for their customer service, no quibbles, they gave me a credit for a new game, so you can't say fairer than that, you guys in America should show the UK how to do proper customer service, I was well impressed- so for everyone who felt as I did over RedRum, tell customer service and you may find yourself with another game to pick free. well done BFG for recognising loyal customers, I will continue to buy all my games from you- any chance you will b selling Clue, based on the cluedo game anytime soon?
