Just finished the game and it looped for me at the end as well. I know these tech people are very helpful most of the time, but sometimes when they do not know what the problem is, their first response is that the issue must just be with your own computer. I have had games work without any issues and then I download a game that does have problems and tech will tell me that it is my computer. Then a few weeks later tech will put in an update to fix the bug. I know that sometimes issues may arise with games and it will be my computer, but please don't just blow me off like I'm an idiot!
Sorry, just my opinion, I've been a member of BFG for several years and I guess I'm just finally voicing my opinion. I don't mean to offend anyone!

Anyhow.........here's the thread to report if you're having problems with the ending. Needless to say I'm not very satisfied at the customer service that Maika offered.
Maybe if enough people answer this thread then someone will address the problem sooner or later.
I agree about the bug at the end of the game, I've just finished the game and had to press control, alt and delete to get the game to stop. The last peice of video keeps restarting again and there is no way out other than to do what I did and force the game to end
Otherwise the game was great with no other problems  .

i also have the looping at the end of the game i haven't reported it to support yet but i'm going to glad to hear i'm not the only one

Big Fish released a new version of this game that stops the looping at the end of the game.

I have pictures that show where all the items are in the underwater scenes. I have 3 pictures of the 1st underwater scene and 4 pictures of the 2nd underwater scene.
