I haven't noticed the logged in on another device problem so far today, but much longer than normal load times from mansion to HO level & back, plus from the title screen to the mansion are still happening.

I wrote about my issues yesterday at 6:15pm. I restarted my iPad and noticed that DM was updating.

6:30pm I restarted and everything is better than ever! No "logging" messages and I am finally able to visit any neighbor without being kicked out .... AWESOME!

I'm thinking the issue on my iPad was the update trying to load.

It was working for me yesterday. Haven't been home since 6:30 am to check (still at work).

You're on an iPad, right? At the risk of sounding like college tech support on finals week - have you tried shutting down your iPad and powering it on again?

If that doesn't work, and if Customer Support sent you an "all fixed" e-mail response, you should really contact them. I know you can reply directly to support response e-mails they send you - I had a pretty long back-and-forth with them back in July when the game got stuck on the 1.1 quest.

Finally contacted tech support. We will see what they can do for me.
Gee, whenI was in College there was no "tech support", there was no tech.

Noooo! Not on free energy day! I'm having this issue right now, a few hard shut downs and still getting this error message. Will take a break and try again soon but just thought I'd report it here and see if anyone else is affected.

Yes, I have the same problem and others have reported in the tech thread, too. At first it was infrequent but it's becoming worse.

Just adding my two cents - I logged in on hotel wifi and got the "You are logged in on another device." message.

Nope, I'm not. BFG, fix your server configuration, please. Letting support know now.

Same thing happening to me and I don't have a different device..I am new to this game and was playing when this popped up..This is a free energy day and I want to play.

Count me among the number at the moment. Guess everyone taking advantage of the free energy is overloading the servers or something.

Oh sure. Give us a day to play without using energy then make sure we can't. Very sneaky. After this is fixed I think we should each get 50 energy for free to make up for the glitch. Anybody with me?

For PC users: exit the game and then restart.

For iOS users: close the app and restart it.

This took care of the problem on both of my manors as far as the "other device" issue. Have not been booted out since the one time.

Hope this helps. And my sympathies if it doesn't...

I've done this two or three times on my PC. It works for awhile for me and then closes down again. But it has let me back in so far.

Yep, i keep exiting and restarting over and over again....getting a little frustrating. And i thought having a lovely evening of playing as with the free energyless playing...
I think i try for a little while longer than just give in and log off...

I think the servers of BF are going haywire on this free energy gift. Everyone is playing all the time now, so a crash is something to be expected. When I first started playing today everything was just fine, but now I think all American gamers have joined in and there are a lot of them !

Have been having the same problem, but hopeful that restart will take care of it.

Losing free energy and my silver boost while the game dilly-dallies is not what I had in mind today ... .
