I have a different Problem:

I can't Play the Bonus Levels. There's no "Play" button or something like this.
I've played all Restaurants so far, so I don't understand what the Problem is.

The 6th restaurant is the bonus. Regular games have only 5 restaurants.

Hi everyone. I am having the same issue I downloaded the game and It will not play. I was talking to tech support through e-mails since the day that it came out. I am hoping it get fixed. I really want to play the game on my PC and not on my phone.

It won't save my progress!! Have to start over every time I start the game. That's the second CE game I've bought that gives me that problem. That's it, NEVER bying a CE game again, I've had problems with almost every CE I've ever bought.

I absolutely love the Delicious series, but I don't want to play the same stages over and over and over again.

I did everything suggested and the game still won't run, so I put in a support ticket... and got a response telling me to do all the stuff I already told them I'd done and, failing that, offered me a different game for free.

That's nice and all, but I wanted this game.

Emily leaves the restaurant in the middle of the game. Click on the door on level 1-5 and she leaves. She will not come back.

Same problem for me.

Got a Windows 7 Laptop for gaming.

#1 Run all Emily's Games before this one - never had a problem.
#2 First time ever a game didn't start and I play a lot of them ...
#3 My GeForce + my DirectX + my Drivers + my Windows. Everything updated.
#4 Clean everything - didn't' work.
#5 Compatible PC System Check
#6 Didn't install new programs and nothing interferes with my games while playing.
#7 Try Run on Admin + Compatibility mode: didn't work!
#8 Check the "Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen Access Violation" from BFG - Do everything - didn't work !
#9 Check for solutions on the Net - Nada !

Hope someone gets a solution for this problem... (¬_¬)

In the demo on Mac, stopped responding, and then wouldn't quit, even after quitting out of the BigFish game manager. ARgh. Hard restart did the trick, but super annoying.

My game has some serious lag issues at the beginning of every level. I didn't have any problems when I played the demo. Here's hoping the developers release a patch.

The game never save my game! I can play 10 ou 20 levels then I close the game and when I come back, my profile doesn't exist, as if I'd never open it! Since I paid for it, it's really frustrating!

A note to tech support: I am seeing the same problem as everyone else with the Collector's Edition (game won't start), ...BUT... the Standard Edition installs and runs just fine for me. If you can figure out what's different between the Standard Edition and Collector's Edition installers, that may help others. (I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.) Thanks Big Fish! Hope your techies can figure this one out!

the game keeps crashing, only managed to play Level 1 properly.
I have a Window 8, 32 bit system

I really thought this would of been sorted by now.

I regret buying it here instead of where I normally get these games.

I have most of them and they all run fine, this one though, nothing nada, I click play and it does nothing at all.

MAc version not working - have updated everything and uninstalled and reinstalled - with all the complaints - why are you still selling the game!

I'm emailed support 3 times abt my inability to get the game to run -- no reply. How do I get customer service? At this point, I'd like a game credit since this game won't work or run -- and clearly, I'm not the only one. Can someone from Big Fish customer service contact me? I'm very frustrated and feeling ripped off.

I'm using a PC, Windows 7, and the game I bought won't run. I push play, nothing happens, but if I try to play another game, it tells me the game is running. But I can't actually play it.

Just wanting to know if this game has been fixed as I bought it a few days ago and it will not play. I have tried everything and uninstalled/reinstalled the game several times with no luck.
