I am still wondering if anyone else has run into the trophy glitches, and wondering if I uninstall and reinstall if that will help it?

I have had no problems until the last level . Not always, but sometimes, text and what looks like code is superimposed over the screen (transparently - but you can't get rid of it). I'll have to restart the level, and then it might be ok. Only know because I'm going for gold and have played it a bunch of times...

Just replayed and finished with gold - it worked fine this time. Not sure why it messed up the other times...

I now have a problem with this game in the Bonus Chapter after No. 45 it says Null Reference Exception and it is an issue with the wasps. Wasp.Stopglowing Wasp.Runbacktohive Wasp.OnFakeaction The game froze completely could not even get out had to reboot my computer. Contacted Customer Service as well with a Felix Diagnositic report. Please fix this I really want to finish the game and be able to replay again. Thank you.

I have reinstalled the game and I haven't had any issues like I did before.

Thank you for your response. I played it over in Jill's name, and got the 100% and the wedding trophy. My scores weren't as high as the first time, and I beat more of the developers the first time. Don't know what the difference was, but I thought it was funny, lol. I also get the text error from time to time, but if I leave and come back, it is usually good for a while. The only problem with that is, I may be half way through the game, and have to start over.

I finally have a fun game that's relaxing but challenging, great storyline, getting to the wedding I've been saving money for here, and BAM, blue screen two times in a row. Scared what this does to my computer. Windows 7, drivers and software are great, updated. And this seems to happen with other Big Fish COLLECTOR'S EDITIONS. I would like my money back.

Whilst I have had no trouble installing the game, and playing it to a certain degree, I have experienced the red overlaid error messages from time to time. I also have problems with "The Spiral" level at the end of China, in that I can indicate a job to be done, and my workers completely ignore it. This can lead to blocked pathways (workers won't clear stone/rubble etc) or unproductive shacks (workers won't collect tools/wood etc). I have tried this level numerous times, with the same result - unable to finish due to errors occurring.

Bearing in mind the amount of people who have complained about the same errors within the game, I think perhaps BFCS should perhaps stop looking to blame players' computers and look a little closer to home for the source of the many problems. Whilst we appreciate that developers wish to get games out as quickly as possible in order to maximise profit (and no-one begrudges them making a living), it does seem as if games are being released without being properly tested.

Diversification is all very well (casino, mobile games), but not at the expense of the quality of product which is/should be central to the site, i.e. pc games.

I like the game. I'm playing on Windows 8. Long time customer and Big Fish supporter, however, the bonus level last section....I guess the section is an extra on Asia or Japan. Anyway, the very last bonus level continues to freeze and a strange notification which I cannot remember pops up and does not go away. It says something at the end about kill yourself.....not kidding.....when you read the entire notice. What happens is that some of the little workers quit working and stop picking up the wood at the wood shack....

I know there's got to be someone out there who wants this fixed because it doesn't make sense to have such a fun little game be such a disappointment in the end.

I would like to hear from you. Thank you very much.

I bought this game, just like I bought Musketers, non of them works, Musketers just shut down, no message nothing, Gardens inc start over from the start (Jill) loosing all my progress, I am trying to find out the "custormer" "service" it is very difficult to figure it out as my 1 language is not english, and I just can not find an email adr. I have been a member for some years now, but I am close to cancel my membership now,
Can anyone give me an email adr to "custormer" "service"

I'm at level 10 and I plant and water the 4 plants but it doesn't complete the goal. I can't get past the level. I've uninstalled the game, redownloaded, reinstalled and still the same. what a waste of game credit. I want my money back or my credit back.

Hello Sunshine!

This level has 3 goals:
Catch all wasps - 4 swarms
Build the pump - this is easy to overlook, it is in the top, near the two plants there
Plant and water all plants - 4 of them.

So have a look at the bottom of the screen where all tasks are listed, and check that they get crossed out as you finish them.
Also, of course, you get the blue tick on the truck when you are finished, and must click it to end the level.
I forgot more than once to do that...

I am having a problem with the final level in China ("Extras"). I have had to restart the level numerous times because I will assign a job and no one will go do it.

For example, I had my truck fully upgraded, so I had four workers, but they just hang out there instead of building the divers shack which has been checked for several minutes. One time I clicked the truck to upgrade it and one worker stood there waiting for the second worker to help, but none did--they just went and sat in the truck.

It always seems to happen when I'm doing really good and making fast progress. It's extremely frustrating!!

YOU KNOW.... It is a shame that many people are still having the same issue that I have with the game starting over when you get so far. I have redownloaded to many times. Where is the fix for this glitch?? It has been to long!!

Here is a good example of the developer fixing a glitch immediately:

I just bought another really good game yesterday, that has been released for no more than two weeks. Didn't have any problems with my game, but others must have, because there was an update on my GM for the game this morning!!!

Now that's great developer cs!!

Come on Gardens Inc Developers!! Please get the glitch fixed so that we can finish our game completely. Thank you.

I am very sad to hear that BFG is perceived to be less than what it was in customer service. This is a HOT BUTTON, BFG, so please pay attention to these people!

I've been a member since BFG's early years, and customer service has ALWAYS been nothing less than helpful when I encountered (just a few) issues over the years. If BFG customer service is lagging behind it's ability to be technologically sound, then you guys need to do an overhaul of your business.

I'm giving benefit of the doubt since I've not had any troubles recently (except trying to figure out how to beat the developer's record on a few levels of this latest GI game), but I expect the same level of service I've always had when and if I have a problem in the future.

BFG, don't treat your paying and long-term customers as if they are idiots who don't know a computer from a frog pond. If that's the perception we're getting, we'll fold up our laptops and move to another gaming site.

Said with all the love in my heart for PC games, BFG, and most of all, Felix.

Extra Level 8. I am getting a message, not all the time, just when I have a really good round -- I think it is when I beat the developer record. It says:

Null Reference Exception: Object Not Set to an instance of an object Stack trace: Creature.setAnimation (System.String animNan Creature+<wait Next Frame>c_lterator A.MorMet()

Forgot to mention - my op system is Windows 8

You're missing a bracket - it's not me accidentally leaving it off!

I could continue - the error message just popped up over the level dialogue.


I just got this error message at the end of level 17. I downloaded the game yesterday, April 11, 2015, and I see that the above message was from last December. Has there been no fix for this in the last four months?
