Well I got a walkthrough as I could not get out of the house and I still cannot find the bureau with the keys I have looked everwhere and nothing shows a hand or anything I think maybe it is my computer as I did not think I was that stupid I have played a lot of games but this one is OOOOOOO no fun

Can someone please pm me? I have done everything and now I am ready for the docks. I have the walk through guide but am unable to figure out the next move. Thanks ahead of time.

i just purchased this game and i can't figure out how to play. i can go to the store and to my charaters friends house... and back home again. what gives? i've messed with it over and over with no progress

In the living/dining room. look on the wall for photographs- there is a key behind one. Take that key and walk across the hall- the key will open the drawer. inside willbe a puzzle that you will solve later and the radiator key. Get the coffee cup from the kitchen. Use the radiator key and the coffee cup to repair the radiator. Now you can leave the house.

Did you combine the map with the card that has the cutout holes?

I am stuck too - I have left the apartment and went to a lady in a store - I have asked everything I needed to ask - now I don't know how to leave the store. I am not impressed with this game what so every - very tedious and confusing - but if someone can just help me out on getting out of the store - it is the one that has the pregnant lady in it......HELP!

Sorry you are having trouble. You should be able to just move your mouse down and get an out arrow.

Hello All, I must be getting old and senile, but I have downloaded this game, my first large file game, and I really dont know what I should be doing. I just seem to be walking round the flat, meeting the two very strange friends and nothing else. HELP PLEASE.

Hi Luckyden! WElcome to the forums!

At home you need to look thouroughly at the news article and at the phone book. This will open up Solvig's home where a lof of the game play will occur.

So many games to try ... added this one to my list too

I have tried this game over and over and I get no where. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I don't see how to play this game and the previewed the guide which didn't help.

I can't find the gardener the second time either. My inventory items are: magnifying glass, house keys, old photos, floor plans, key from note, working flashlight, fishing rod, and metal detector.

The walkthrough I downloaded out of desperation says I should open the herb garden gate, click forward 4 times, and talk to the gardener. Except there is no gardener there. I open the gate, click forward 4 times (straight past a flagpole), and end up at a tree with a bench built around it that is near the water. But there's no gardener there and I have no option to click further forward, or to the left or right of the tree.

Completely frustrated at this point. Any advice?

Hi eyedenim- welcome to the forums!

Have you tried to pry up the floorboards in the secret room? It dosent matter what you use, but i think that is the trigger for the gardener.

You also need to find the key in the bushes with the metal detector, before you see the gardener. Look by the front door of solvig's house.

THANK YOU PRPLDVA! I had located the floorboards before but didn't touch them with anything because the walkthrough I was using said there was nothing I could do with them at the time. Once I fiddled with the floorboards using an inventory item, the gardener appeared where he was supposed to be.

I have a walkthrough that tells me to go to the sitting room and push on the display cabinet against the right wall and it moves .... a bit. Then after I see the gardener, Simona, get the knife, etc I am to return to the Secret Room and - with the help of the knife - I can move it and see a door. Well, I cannot move it at all - at any time - and cannot even find a hotspot where I am supposed to push it. Can anyone help? Many thanks
