Oh boy Oh boy Oh boy!!! Cesse47, thank you for your platform! I so agree with all of the comments. I went back to play Azada (which I never did finish to begin with). I was a VERY new fishie when I got it and it was way too hard for me...well, now I have over a year experience in (and a Felix the Fish to prove it!) and I still can't play the darn thing. Too much pressure for me. I have a stress problem as it is, so I don't need added stress. Still hope you can get an optional untimed version through. I really enjoy these games, but not the stress of timed versions. So, keep up the good work BFG and get those developers trained right. laurimd

I agree wholeheartedly. I have gone through level nine 3 times. I keep getting stuck at clockworks, and even though I reach it with 25 minutes or more, I keep getting dinged for wrong moves and have to start over. I am so over redoing those puzzles that I need a time out! Maybe in a month or two, try it again.....???

I also would like to enjoy the game without the TIMER PRESSURE. Can you not make it optional? PLEASE!
By the way, I have been stuck in THE BALANCING ACT for ages, but every time I come back to it, I have to start over.
Let those who enjoy "the race" be timed. I only enjoy the game, not the competition.

I am sooooooooooo pleased to see this thread As everyone is saying, playing games should be relaxing - if preferred. I am only in my first few days of Azada and I love the game but I just can't get past the first book. I see no way to do it unless I can have untimed playing. It's a pity because I like the different challenges but NOT going back to the beginning every 40 minutes.

I am so in agreement with all the comments and suggestions. I retired in January and am now able to really delve into my games. I am even trying several adventure games. However, I want to relax and figure out the puzzles etc. without skipping because the game is timed. I do not buy a game anymore unless it has an untimed mode. I also agree with the comments on Azada. It is still sitting on my desktop uncompleted. I got this one months ago, and I am thinking about just deleting it. Thanks BF for trying to pass on to the game developers the suggestions that us older folks (with the buying power and time) have made.

I thought that there was a new version without the timer feature?? I was told to delete the old game and reinstall it to get the one without the timer. I did that and still get the dreaded timer. What gives?

Operating under the theory that "the squeaky wheel gets the grease", I'd like to add my plea for the "timer optional" version, as well.

Is there any chance that someone will read our posts and tell us whether or not it will be possible to get untimed Azada? If not, it will forever stay unplayed in my games list.

I've had Azada 1 on my since I purchased it in December of 2007. At first I loved the challenge of it. But eventually it became more and more stressful and not enjoyable at all. To have to start the puzzles all over again when time ran out finally got to me and I quit playing. I've kept it on the computer because I didn't want to lose my progress, always thinking that eventually I would continue playing it. I realize now, having purchased many games that are fun and untimed taught me a significant lesson. When I finish typing this note, I'll be deleting it off my computer. I play these games for enjoyment and unless there is an untimed version in the future, this game will remain unplayed again by me.

Azada is offered today for the $2.99 special. Would you buy it? Does it still have only a timed version? I am with everyone else I hate timed games.

I just downloaded the trial version of Azada...when I found out it was timed....I bailed! Bring on the timer-free version, and I'll give it another chace.

I too hope for an untimed verson. I like the challenege with a timer EXCEPT when you have to redo the same chapter over 3 or 4 times because i ran out of time. Or at least if not untimes then an option to move forward after 2 or 3 trys at that chapter. Love the puzzles.

I so agree. It has become a task to me; rather than pleasurable. I am new at this, and find I may need to be looking for different activities ! I can't get thru chapter 2!

I will chime in on this one, too. I haven't finished the first Azada because of the timer...but enjoyed the second one. You don't have to play the first one to play the second one, either. There is a walkthrough available and it will give you the little bit of info you were supposed to get from the first one. I cannot begin to count the games that I haven't finished because of the timers, but have since learned not to even try the ones that don't offer a relaxed mode, as often they start out pretty good and then get harder and faster as you move along. I too am a grandmother, but still work full time and I play all these games to relax, and enjoy the challenge of figuring things out, at my own speed, in my own good time.

I agree whole-heartedly go optional on the timer. I am almost 74 yrs. old, have had a stroke and fell and broke my hip. There's not much else I can do but sit and play games. I just purchased AZADA today and can't past the pawns I think.

I have a solution for the Pawns game posted in my photobucket. I will send you a private message with a link to the solution.

Good luck !

Happy to hear that Big Fish is passing on this info to developers, but I thought
Azada was a Big Fish Game. If so, can Big Fish not add a "timer Optional"? Repeating sections once or twice is one thing, but I am on Chapter 3 and clicking the directional arrows for the Robot uses up almost all of my 40 minutes for the entire 8 pages. This is not something someone can advise me how to solve, I'm just slow with it and keep hitting the walls. I run out of time, start over, complete anywhere from two to six puzzles and BANG i'M HITTING WALLS AGAIN.
Frustration hit THE WALL today. Will not go back to this game until timer is gone.
Please, please, please, Big Fish; come through with the great customer service you are so noted for and fix this for us.

(note: I stick with difficult puzzles, I have conquered the Robot TWICE. That's what causes such frustration with the timer.)
