had to brighten my screen for some of the areas, but that's ok. My problem is the sewer area: I pick up the unlit lantern, but it won't go onto the hook. Also, it says to find 10 pipe valves....I found all ten, but what do you do with them? They stay on screen, you can move them, but where do they go? The instructions in this area are definitely not user friendly, & I'm getting even unfriendlier each minute.
If I can't get good help here, I'll have to ask for a refund, which I hate to do.

After playing this game for 10 - 15 minutes it locks up and I have to restart my computer. Any suggestions.

in the sewer---- after you hang the unlit lantern on the ceiling in the dark part of room and light it with the matches, you will see where all those valves go.

I'm an avid "hidden objects" player and I have to say this is one of the best so far. Love it. Some games are a bit too easy to find stuff but this one has a good balance of challenging scenes and puzzles.

This is happening to me too. I have downloaded it many times trying to get it to work. What did you find out. It is very annoying.

Hi cricket112- I'm a pretty fast player and this took me almost 3 hours. Worth the $6.99- all the way. I will play again. I recommend!
