Although I am a BFG member, everyday after I check for the game of the day I check about 6 other game sites as well. I hate to do this but BFG doesn't come out with some HO/Puzzle games that I have found on the other sites.

This game for example. I downloaded and purchased it from another gamesite weeks ago. The game had some gliches at the time and some puzzles didn't work properly. The gamesite then released a fixed version a couple of days later to be redownloaded. After that I had no problems and enjoyed the game very much.

I am a Disabled Desert Storm Vet and playing games like these are very enjoyable to me. I wish BFG could keep up with the need for new games all the time, and offer more (HO, Puzzle) games the other sites might have too. And yes, I do buy them from other gamesites for full price. Though it isn't my preference. I hate to have to pay full price when I belong to this site but when I finish a game I am looking for another right away. Sometimes BFG doesn't offer the types of games I like (HO, Puzzle) for many days. And as you all know being an avid Gamer--you want it NOW!
Still luv U BFG!--hope there is a solution to this situation--that's why I joined your site--to buy all my games from you--and save money. Oh yeah did I mention how much more enjoyable the games with Relaxed Mode option are?

although BFG might not be as quick as other sites to release games I do find that it's extremely rare to download games with a glitch, maybe that's why they take a bit longer to release games to have these problems solved for happier game play.
don't know about others but I'd rather be a bit more patient and have more hours of happier game play! but I agree about more relaxed mode options as I want to relax when I play games!!!

What is the whole point of this game, there is no help on how to play, I cannot even get started, I have wasted 30 minutes of my 60 minute free trial, trying to do anything, why isn't there a tutorial with this game.

There is a tutorial on level one that tells you where to click and what to do. Try with a new user and don't skip the pop ups

Don't feel alone, I am also struggling with the pipe scene, just like you, I just keep turning those pipes, seem to do o.k. until this point! Anyone have any clues, tips? I would like to know if the pipes having the blue haze around them means they are placed correctly or are they correctly placed when they are dark brown. Anyone? Anyone?

When you are writing about the patchwork quilt, is that on the first location? I don't know how to solve the puzzle for the "key" for the pyramid. I have all the pieces and am down to the mirror piece and solving the "key" puzzle. This is my first post, so thank you for any and all help : )

hm1bit, look at this thread: INSTRUCTIONS for Magic Encyclopedia
..Look at the instructions. I put one of the steps for the first puzzle in there. Also, check out my post near the bottom of the thread. Those tips might help you as well.

Thank You Big Fish for getting this game. I had tried it on another site earlier and in thier forum someone said that they had begged BF to get it, so I waited to see if they did, and "YIPPEE", BF did. I bought it right away and have just finished it, and a big "THANK YOU" to everyone for the advice on this forum, it definatley kept me from have a mental breakdown trying to figure some puzzles out. Can't wait for the next one!

However, on my map the red flag does not appear over egypt, I have found all objects and there is nothing left to do, I have found all the gems as well. There are no items left to place, and in fact I moved on two levels past that, but there is no red flag, can any tell me if I missed anything.

Thanks
