If you are using AVAST virus scan, it will detect a virus. This is a false virus detection. I have had these issue in the past with AVAST, and it does not matter if you update the definitions or not with AVAST.
I uninstalled AVAST and went to my provider site, they offered free Mcafee virus program, so I am now using that. With no virus detected.
However, I am getting the WIC problem which I understand has been resolved.

Thank you for the info. I use AVAST so this might explain it.

I have purchased several games from here, and love them, I am a HUGE fan of BFG!
However, for the first time, I'm having a problem - I got the Trojan warning, and I cannot seem to get the game running (when I try to click on the game to play, my computer ignores me!)

"newer version of WIC already installed" so it will not install the program at all. And I still keep getting the error message.
Same here. I have Service Pack 3 intstalled and the support page where you download the WIC recommended by Big Fish on the proceeding page of this topic, says it's for Service Pack 2 users. So no, this does not fix the problem. I too have a tech support ticket in. Sounds like this is pretty broken.
