Game issues

Is anyone else having problems installing this game? I can get it to download, however, when I try to open it - I get a fatal error and it says it can't load the game.

I have a new computer, running Vista and everything is updated - so I was just curious if there was anything else I could do ......

I am also having problems played the download fine but once i bought it it will no longer play

Are you running Vista?

If so, I had the same problem recently and I think it was caused by a Microsoft update. Here is what I found that fixed it; remember this is for VISTA; I'm not sure if XP is having the same problem.

DEP: (Data Execution Prevention)
If you are receiving the DRM activator error message do the following to correct the issue.
1 - Left click on Start
2.- Right click on Computer
3 - Left click on Properties 4 - Left click on Advanced System Settings
5 - Under Performance click on Settings
6 - Left click on Data Performance Settings
7 - Click on TURN ON DEP FOR ESSENTIAL WINDOWS PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS ONLY.
8 - Click on Apply and then OK.

UAC: (User Account Control)
Open up Control Panel, and type in user account into the search box. You'll see the link for "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off". Click it. Uncheck the box, and reboot your computer.

XP is having the same issue - I can no longer play the game after buying it.

Has there been any suggestions for a fix?
